#PerifemDay 2025 with 800 supermarket players and solution providers brought together by Perifem, the Fédération Technique du Commerce, to discuss key issues such as decarbonisation and responsible consumption. An inspiring day!
I particularly enjoyed the round table discussion with Dominique Schelcher, Michel-Edouard Leclerc and Thierry Cotillard, the latter highlighting the return to growth of bulk (+7%) within the group, and his commitment to continuing its roll-out, particularly with ‘vrac à poches souples’, which is already showing very good results in around thirty shops.
There was also a ‘Quizz, Green ou Pas green’ on #bulk, reuse and recycling with 4 top-quality speakers 🔝 Lyse Manzoni, Aurore RICHARD, Valérie Martin and Christine Bourge. All led by Thomas PAROUTY 🌎.
Last but not least, there was a lively discussion on the DIGI France (TERAOKA Group) stand, where they presented the bulk solution co-developed with Eureco Retail, featuring flexible pouches and instant weighing.
